Passionately captivating country artist Noelle Toland brings a fresh, heartfelt twist to modern country music, the kind that even self-proclaimed “non-country fans” can’t help but love. Blending old-school authenticity with soulful vulnerability, Noelle bridges the gap between classic and contemporary, proving that country music isn’t just a sound, it’s a feeling.
Hailing from the small vineyard town of North Plains, Oregon (population 2,000), Noelle shows that the heart of country music beats far beyond the South. It thrives wherever stories are told with honesty and grit. Since moving to Music City several years ago, Noelle has built and released a growing catalog of songs, an EP, and a 90’s country cover project that fuses the heart of classic country with touches of seductive soul.
Her 4-song EP, The Moon Will Pass By (2023), recorded at the legendary RCA Studios in Nashville marked her powerful debut in the country scene. Featuring contributions from iconic musicians including Steve Cropper (founding member of Booker T. & the M.G.’s and a cornerstone of the Stax Records sound), the project captures the warmth and electricity of classic country with pedal steel and timeless storytelling. “I wanted this record to inspire people to take chances, be bold, and bet on themselves,” Noelle shares. “That’s the only thing that’s gotten me through the ups and downs in this world.”
Following the EP release, Noelle delivered a series of singles including her 90’s country cover project, reimagining three era-defining hits (Walkaway Joe, It Matters To Me, and Watermelon Crawl). The project earned her widespread recognition and since then, Noelle has been featured in Cowgirl Magazine, Think Country, American Country Network, The Country Network, and more. She also made her WSM Radio (home of the Grand Ole Opry) debut with her standout single Nashville Numbers, a song that showcases her creative artistry, lyrical depth, and craftsmanship. Her songs have been featured on curated playlists like Apple Music’s New in Country, and she’s been nominated as Country Evolution’s Artist to Watch. With nearly 200K Spotify streams and growing, plus international airplay across Australia, Europe, Ireland, London, Switzerland, and the U.K., Noelle’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
While also being an accomplished actress with credits in film, movies and television shows including a stint in Criminal Minds, Noelle is a seasoned live performer, lighting up stages at venues, fairs, and festivals across the country including CMA Music Festival, the iconic Bluebird Café, and more. Now entering her most exciting chapter yet with brand new material set for release in 2026, a rapidly growing fan base, and continued media recognition, Noelle Toland stands among country music’s most authentic new voices — honoring her heroes while blazing a trail entirely her own.
